Resort Policies
House Rules & Guidelines
To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, please observe the following house rules.
Reservations & Cancellation
- All reservations must be made by individuals 18 years old and older (subject to verification upon check-in by providing a valid ID).
- 50% DP is required to secure the booking (reservation fee). The reservation fee is non refundable.
- Rescheduling of reservation is possible without any penalties at least 7 days prior to the scheduled booking subject to availability of the rebooking schedule. Rescheduling is not possible for long weekends/holidays.
- No show on the booking schedule will automatically be considered cancellation without refund.
- The Resort may, at its absolute discretion, cancel the reservation if the resort has the opinion that the reservation information provided is falsified or incomplete.
Check-in / Check-out
- Standard Check in Time is 2 PM and Standard Check out time is 12 noon.
- Early Check-In or late check-out requests are subject to availability. Additional charges may be imposed as applicable.
- Once the guest reserves a room, the room is held exclusively for their use for the specified duration of the reservation. No refund for early departure unless exceptional circumstances. No refund will be provided for any unused nights or the original reservation.
Occupancy
- The room is for registered guests only. Additional persons not included in the reservation are not allowed to stay overnight in the room without prior approval and payment of an additional fee.
- Additional persons not included in the reservation who will be using the amenities but not staying overnight will be charged Day Tour Fee.
Housekeeping & Breakfast
- House Keeping services include towel changes, toiletries replenishment or tidying up the room. This is done on a per request basis.
- Changing of Linens is applicable for stays longer than 5 days.
- Breakfast Service is from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM.
Front Desk
- The resort does not have a 24H Front Desk. The front desk hours are from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
- There is a night duty guard assigned and will be responsible for any late check-in.
Smoking & Cooking
- Smoking and Vaping is not allowed indoors. PHP 5,000 will be imposed. Smoking is allowed on the designated smoking areas of the resort.
- Cooking is not allowed (except for Exclusive Bookings). Bringing of portable cooking equipment is not allowed and subject to fines.
Food Policy
- Bringing of outside highly perishable food (including cooked Food, etc.) are not allowed. PHP 1,000/viand fine will be imposed.
- Only Snacks and Drinks are allowed.
Pets
- Small to Medium pets are allowed and should be on diapers and should be vaccinated.
- Subject to a Pet Fee of PHP 500/pet.
Equipment & Noise
- Bringing of portable equipment such as speakers, videoke machine and other electronic equipment are not allowed.
- Management has the right to refuse entry for any untoward behavior to our staff and the property. No parties of any nature are allowed in the room.
Swimming
- Swimming in the beach is until 6 PM.
- Swimming in the pool is until 10 PM.
- Children should be accompanied by adult when swimming.
- Ensure to wear proper swimming attire in the pool. No cotton fabric allowed.
Security Deposits
- Security deposit (in cash) shall be collected upon check in and will be refunded upon check out.
- CM Suite – PHP 3,000
- CM 225 – PHP 5,000
- Villas – PHP 1,500
- Other Room Types – PHP 1,500
- Any additional charges for services or damages will be settled upon check-out.
Damages & Liability
- Damage to any resort property, amenities, linens, percolator, hair dryer, fixtures, etc. will result to charges and replacement.
- The guests are responsible for securing their belongings. Management shall not be liable in any case of damage or loss of belongings/vehicle left therein.
- The Resort takes no responsibility for any personal possessions that are lost, stolen or misplaced.
- Lost property found on the premises is kept in a secure location for a period of three (3) months. Thereafter, items are either disposed of or donated to charity.
Guest Conduct
- Management has the right to refuse entry for any untoward behavior to our staff and the property.
- No parties of any nature are allowed in the room.
Allergies
- If you have allergies, sensitivities or intolerances related to materials such as fabrics, cleaning products, food, etc. it is your responsibility to inform the resort management before or upon your arrival.
- The resort assumes no responsibility for any allergies occurring on the premises without prior notice from the guest.
